important notes...
Each exhibit space includes one pass to the exhibit hall only.
Exhibit booths are 8’x10’ and have an 8’ high background drape and 3’ high side drapes in flame retardant fabric. Included in each booth is one (1) 7"x44" single-lined identification sign, one (1) 3’x30" high draped table, two (2) side chairs and one (1) wastebasket. Ballroom is carpeted.

Important note: In September 2006, all Marriott hotels are adopting a 100% smoke–free policy. There will be absolutely no smoking permitted within the Crystal City Marriott at all for this event. This includes guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, public spaces and employee work areas.
